Beverley Town Council has an obligation to publish details of land it either owns or rents.
The current Town Council officers are rented, as are two storage facilities and some allotment land. Other allotment sites are actually owned by the Town Council, which has also purchased the former St John Ambulance Brigade building, with the aim of renovating it to become a new home for the Town Council and to act as a community Town Hall.
