Second Mayoral Term for Cllr Linda Johnson

The Mayor of Beverley for 2022-23 is Councillor Linda Johnson.  Her Consort is her husband, Councillor Graham Johnson.

Linda is the first Mayor to be re-elected to the post for a second consecutive term in over twenty years.  There was cross-part support, with Liberal Democrat Cllr Denis Healy making the nomination, which was seconded by Cllr Chloe Hopkins of the Labour Party.

During her year of office, Councillor Johnson aims to raise funds for Guide Dogs and the Open Doors Project.
